The goose dinner at Martini has been a tradition for years and is a culinary experience that is still celebrated around St. Martin's Day today. The delicious goose with wafer-tender inner meat is served classically with tasty apple-red cabbage and falmigy potato dumplings from PIER69 - On Board with a glittering view of the lake. The Martinigans trip will take place at some chestnuts and a reception aperitif on board.
